Each 30-minute gathering includes:
ā Arrival practice ā Transition into stillness and presence
ā Check-in ā Time to share where we are at
ā A short teaching or prompt ā InspireĀ reflectionĀ and self-inquiry
ā Sharing & listening ā A safe space to express and witnessĀ
